After an amazing 2025 season with 400+ campers, we’re thrilled to offer another summer of outdoor adventures and some new programs.

Updates 2026
  • TRADITIONAL- Popular with campers and parents, we continue to offer our traditional 3 day camps for ages 6-16. Camp will likely be Sunday-Tuesdays to avoid those low-water-Wednesdays, unless we get a really deep snowpack

  • JrKAYAKER  In JrKayaker Camp, aspiring campers learn basic maneuvering skills and navigation, concurrent with our rafting sessions. Instruction and location along the South Fork tailored to campers abilities. Taught by Senior Guides who gradutated from Junior GUides many years ago. For campers aged 10 and up.

  • NORTH UMPQUAA RIVER – JuniorGuides expands to Oregon’s stunning rain forest canyon country. Expect our 3 day programs, for Ducks and Otters, to offer the same popular mix of fun, adventure and family camping

  • EARTHTREK CAMPGROUND – We are back! Families love the swimming options and comfortable spacious cabins, and Earthtrek will now accommodate Saturday night arrivals

CAMP COUNSELORS program returns, for ages 15-19, with a new Assistant Boatman 'AB' Boat-focused Internship

  • PPC – Parents have been asking for a budget friendly option, hence the pilot Parent-Participation Camp. Kids raft daily with our commerical rafting partner, yet meals, activities and other camp chores are hosted by y'all! JG has rented out a entire riverfront campground adjacent to the rapid "Current Divider" for the 4 night /3 day session.

WET- we are excited to announce our new rafting partner: WET. WET embraces the rock jumping and rapid swimming kinesthetic learning experiences kids love. Owner Chad Richards has 35 years in the industry with 40,000 river miles under his belt, is a certified Boy Scout merit badge counselor and Swiftwater Instructor. Many of our Senior Guides already work for WET (Maddie Smith, Cassie Rubin, Owen Pope), and testify to the safe yet fun nature of his operation

SCHOLARSHIPS Over four thousand more scholarship dollars have been received, allowing for more partial and full scholarships for Ducks, Otters and Ospreys

After securing the spots with payment, you can return to the form to completely fill in your child's health data, birth date, etc.  Registration links will be date-specific, sent out ahead of time, so carefully choose. If you accidentally select the wrong date, I can't guarantee you will get your preferred date, as it may have filled by the time we are able to remedy it.

You can register on a phone, tablet or computer this year.

Full payment is required at the time of registration; reach out to inquire about payment plans. Payment is accepted via paypal or credit card.

Thanks to generous donors, 15 scholarships will be awarded in 2026. Full and partial scholarships will be awarded for Osprey, Duck and Otter programs, and are basd on application sincerity and financial need.  Tuition monies often qualify as daycare expenses, check with your tax consultant. Scholarship applications will open in January 2026.
